Forever Yours: Yours by Design Trilogy, Book 3
In Forever Yours, the third and final volume of the Christian Regency/Modern Yours by Design series, both Will Darcy and Fitzwilliam Darcy seek to overcome the obstacles threatening to separate them from their respective Elizabeths.
Could it be possible for people who grew up in time periods over two hundred years apart to be happy together? Can a Regency man love a modern woman? Can a modern man adjust to a Regency woman?
My review of Forever Yours: Yours by Design, Book 3
The conclusion of the Yours by Design trilogy did not disappoint! If you’ve been waiting for the third installment to get the series, now’s the time. While I am sorry to see this story end, I’m hoping Ms Helm will treat us to another story or series very soon. Highly recommended!
For your convenience, here are my reviews of the first two books:
Two worlds . . .
Two centuries . . .
Two men who love the same woman . . .
Two prayers fervent enough to shift time . . .
Endless questions and possibilities . . .
What would a man give for a second chance at love?
What would he sacrifice to keep it?
What if the proud, arrogant Fitzwilliam Darcy of Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice never changed after his disastrous proposal to Elizabeth Bennet at Hunsford? What if the humbled man who successfully courted her was not the same Mr. Darcy?
In Accidentally Yours, Book 1 of the Yours by Design Christian fantasy romance series, worlds collide and time shifts when two men fall in love with the same woman.
My review of Accidentally Yours: Yours by Design, Book 1
A Pride and Prejudice variation, time travel, a very prideful Darcy, AND a loveable Darcy. Both Regency and contemporary in one, and a fabulous explanation for why Darcy changes so much in the course of the original.
Living with time turned upside down . . .
Accepting the consequences of rash decisions . . .
Learning to view adversities as opportunities . . .
Striving to make the most of second chances . . .
Recognizing obstacles as the gifts of God . . .
Seeking to undo the damage done to relationships . . .
Sincerely Yours (Yours by Design: Book 2) begins immediately after Accidentally Yours (Yours by Design: Book 1). In this Christian fantasy fiction series, after prayers uttered by both Fitzwilliam Darcy (1793) and Will Darcy (21st century) result in accidents for both men and a time switch, each Darcy must adjust to his new era and try to win the heart of the woman he loves.
My review of Sincerely Yours: Yours by Design, Book 2
I loved Sincerely Yours as much as I did the first book in the Christian Fantasy/Austen-adaptation series, Yours by Design. In this continuation of Accidentally Yours, it’s a lot of fun to follow both contemporary Darcy settle into Regency times and Regency Darcy adapt to contemporary times. I read this online one chapter at a time, but it’s a pleasure to read it all at once—and the updates and additions expand the story past what I had already read! It is saying a lot for Ms. Helm’s talent that even though we switch timelines with every chapter, the story continues to flow beautifully. It would have been so easy to make the two Darcys and two Elizabeths similar, but they are unique, making this even more special.
